Question 1

Do I have to use these vendors?

Accepted Answer

No. You are free to choose any provider. These are starting points from CJ and Katy’s shared directory, not a requirement of working with Norman Homes.

Question 2

How should I choose a home professional?

Accepted Answer

Confirm licensing and insurance where applicable, ask about experience with your type of project, and get a written scope and estimate. Check availability, references, and current contact details directly with the provider.

Question 3

What if I need title, closing, or storage help?

Accepted Answer

Contact Katy with the service, location, and timeline you need. A title and closing provider or dedicated storage company is not currently listed in this directory; Katy can help you discuss the next step without inventing a recommendation.
